Britney Spears will not be performing with Cyndi Lauper this weekend. The pop singer was possibly going to make an appearance this weekend at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, but she has refused to join Lauper's True Colors tour. According to People magazine, a tour representative said, "She was invited to appear on the first date in Las Vegas but we never heard from her." Another source told the New York Post, "Britney said she would only dance or lip-sync - and to be on stage with Cyndi, you have to actually perform. It's not happening now." Earlier this week, a choreographer for Spears, Misha Gabriel, revealed that the 25 year-old star was planning to share the stage with Lauper, Debbie Harry, Erasure, The Dresden Dolls and The MisShapes. The True Colors tour is raising money to help organisations for the rights and causes of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals.
