Keanu Reeves will star in The 8th Voyage of Sinbad for Columbia Pictures. The film will be directed by Rob Cohen and produced by Neal Moritz, according to Variety. Reeves will play Sinbad the sailer, the legendary character from The Arabian Nights. In the film, which takes place in 8th century China, Sinbad and his crew are on a mission to find Aladdin's Lamp, during which Sinbad battles monsters and fights a rebellious Chinese general. Rob Cohen has recently wrapped production on Stealth and XXX: State of the Union. Keanu Reeves can be seen currently in the film Constantine. |
