Amy says no, no, no to rehab

Amy says no, no, no to rehab - Amy Winehouse
Published by sarahsofem

Amy Winehouse has quit rehab for a second time.

The 'Rehab' singer, who agreed to return to the Causeway clinic last Thursday (16.08.07) on the condition her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was allowed to join her, left the Essex facility again on Sunday night(19.08.07) following a series of heated rows with Blake.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It is supposed to be a peaceful backdrop to help people deal with their problems. But Amy and Blake kept rowing and spoiling the ambience. While Amy would be welcomed back with open arms, I'M not sure they would say the same thing about Blake."

"This should be about Amy getting help - but too often it's all about Blake. He upset people in the Causeway with his behaviour. They spent half their time arguing. This just shows why the family are so desperate for her to get help without him."

Amy and Blake left the £10,000-a-week retreat in a taxi and spent the night at a central London hotel. The source added: "Everyone is worried that if they are let loose in London again they'll go straight back to their old habits."

Amy, 23, entered the Causeway facility last Monday (13.08.07) after allegedly overdosing on a cocktail of ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine and alcohol. She only lasted 48 hours before leaving to visit her favourite pubs in Camden, north London. Amy returned to the facility last Thursday.

The star's mother, Janis, believes Amy is "lucky to be alive". Janis said: "Her brain is addled. She is on a path of self-mutilation. Once Amy said to me, 'I don't think I'M going to survive that long'. A part of me has prepared myself for this. It's as though she has created her own ending."
