Twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have decided to sell their New York apartment for the bargain price of 7.3 million dollars. According to People magazine, the 18 year-old sisters are looking for a buyer for their 6,000 square foot penthouse, which they bought a few months before they start university in New York. A representative for the girls has denied rumours that the sale of the apartment is because of Mary-Kate's recent health problems. "It's absolutely not true," he told the magazine.
