Britney Spears' comeback album Blackout is available on the Internet. The album will be released on 30th October on Jive Records and can be heard in full at http://www.mtv.ca/britney/. The singer worked with several well-known producers including Nate Hills, Bloodshy & Avant, Freescha and Kara DioGuardi. Friends of the former squeaky-clean pop princess have urged fans to boycott Britney's new album until she sorts her life out, yet Britney's popularity shows no signs of waning despite her personal problems and lengthy break from music. Lead single Gimme More is Britney's biggest hit since her debut single Baby One More Time, this despite a shambolic performance at the MTV Awards. Blackout is the troubled star's first studio album since 2003's In The Zone.Spears' record label decided to release the music in advance of the album in order to reduce piracy. |
