Janssen and Jackman Return in X-Men 3

Although the X-Men stars had originally only signed for two films, director Matthew Vaughn (Layer Cake) is using his powers of persuasion to get the full cast back on board for a third installment.

Famke Janssen and Hugh Jackman, have signed to return to their respective roles, Jean Grey and Wolverine.  Halle Berry, Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart are currently in negotiations, but will likely return for X-Men 3, which will be on screens on May 26, 2006.
