Wyclef Jean and his wife, fashion designer Marie Claudinette Jean, have adopted a Haitian baby. The singer, an activist for the Haitian people, has adopted a 3-month old daughter, named Angelina Claudinelle. It's not the first time that the former member of the trio the Fugees has come to the aid of his people. He recently asked friends Tommy Hilfiger, 50 Cent, and boxing promoter Don King to make investments in the country, and has given plenty of concerts in the past to raise money for the Haitians. |
