Jodie Foster To act Opposite Denzel Washington

Jodie Foster has taken a starring role in the film Inside Man, with Denzel Washington and Clive Owen.

Foster (The Silence of the Lambs, Panic Room), Owen and Washington will work under the direction of Spike Lee (Malcolm X), and will start filming in the summer.

Inside Man is the story of a police officer negotiating with a bank robber who has taken hostages.

The 42 year-old actress will play a lawyer who arrives on the scene, complicating the negotiation process.
