If young Britons had their way, Coldplay singer Chris Martin would be Prime Minister.

In a survey conducted by the N M E, the singer took more votes than Bono, Morrissey, and Radiohead frontmanThom Yorke.

Martin has been outspoken about fair trade and world debt, amongst other things.
