Roberts, 37, who gave birth to twins last year, has made the list again this year for the ninth time, while Halle Berry puts in an appearence for the tenth time. Among the other stars chosen by People are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, tabloid fodder for several weeks now, with speculation regarding their relationship.
