The young diva has announced on her website how much she is enjoying being pregnant... because she can eat as much as she likes!

Four months pregnant, Spears was recently rushed to hospital with abdominal pain again recently. Doctors quickly gave her the all-clear however, advising her to rest up.

Spears is also preparing for the broadcast of her first reality show, which looks set to lift the lid on her relationship with husband Kevin Federline.
