Elizabeth Hurley has joined the cast of the comedy The Cleaner from New Line Pictures. She will be working with Lucy Liu and Cedric the Entertainer in the project, which is scheduled to go into production this summer, with a release date pencilled in for 2006. Les Mayfield will direct the $27 million film, which is about a building superintendant with amnesia who believes he is an undercover agent working for the CIA and the FBI. Liu will play an agent who falls in love with the super, and Hurley plays a woman who uses her charms to manipulate him. |
