Janet Jackson Faces Court Battle

After her brother Michael, it's now Janet Jackson's turn to face justice, after she was accused of stealing a song.

Michael Ortega, of Santa Cruz, California, claims that the singer and her record company, Virgin Records, stole his song, All For You.

According to the songwriter, Jackson based her hit on a song he had written in 1986, which he had played for Jackson, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

Representatives for the singer have not commented on the case.
