Sheryl Crow has confirmed on her official website that she will be releasing a new album in September, citing her boyfriend, professional cyclist Lance Armstrong, as the biggest inspiration for her new music. The CD is expected to be in stores on September 27, although the title is still unknown. The disc will contain 10 songs, and the first single from the album will be Good Is Good. Last December, Crow mentioned that she'd like to release two new CDs before the end of the year, but at the moment, it looks like that might not happen. The singer commented on how her relationship with the Tour de France star has had an impact on her songs. "I am writing a lot more love songs because I'M really happy in my life, and I'M in a really positive relationship, but there's also so much stuff to write about in the world," she said. |
