Christian Slater was arrested on Tuesday morning and charged with sexual harassment. According to his accuser, the assault took place in the street in Manhatten. The 35 year-old actor made one comment to reporters as he was handcuffed and placed into a police car, "I didn't do anything." New York police stated that the incident took place at nearly 2:00 in the morning, and the star was allegedly intoxicated. The woman, whose identity isn't being released, went to the police straight after the assault. It's not the first time that Slater has been in trouble with the law. In August, 1997, he was arrested in Los Angeles on several charges, including assault. He spent 59 days behind bars of his three-month sentence. |
