Cameron Diaz has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the National Enquirer, accusing the tabloid of libel defamation, after the paper printed a story claiming that she kissed a man other than her boyfriend, Justin Timberlake. The suit was filed on Wednesday in the American Superior Court, following the publication of the story, on May 23rd. According to representatives of the star, Diaz was accused of kissing Shane Nickerson, a producer working on her MTV series.
