Tom Cruise and the other stars of Mission: Impossible 3 are set to begin working on July 18 in Italy, with the project to be directed by J.J. Abrams (Alias, Armageddon, Lost). The film will be shot in locations in Europe, Asia and the United States, and will be produced by
Tom Cruise and his production company, Cruise/Wagner Productions. The Mission: Impossible films are adapted from the original television series that appeared from 1966 to 1973, and have earned more than $1 billion since the first movie came out in 2000. M:I3 is set for release in May 2006. |
