The 'No Doubt' singer can't believe how popular the tot, her eldest son with Gavin Rossdale, is with his young female playmates.
A source revealed: "All the little girls in Kingston's class are enamoured of him. He is a total flirt!"
Kingston - whose brother, Zuma Nesta Rock, was born in August - is believed to enjoy helping the girls in his class at West Hollywood's Fit for Kids and also loves showing off his gymnastic moves.
The source added: "They are constantly surrounding him, especially at story time. He is very popular."
Meanwhile, it has been reported Gwen's two-month-old son Zuma eats with a $4,000 diamond encrusted spoon.
The luxurious cutlery was given to the 39-year-old pop star by one of her former band mates.
A source said: "Gwen loves it. She would never buy it herself, but that is what makes it so special."
