Tom wants Katie to relax after she finishes her run in Broadway show 'All My Sons' and thinks some private time together with their two-year-old daughter Suri will help.
A source close to Tom and Katie, who turns 30 on December 18, said: "Tom realises that Katie has been working very hard on the show, so when it's over he's planning on taking her on a romantic break with Suri too.
"They just want to spend some quality time together as a family and he feels a holiday would be the best way of doing that away from prying eyes. She will be in for a real treat."
Katie recently revealed she doesn't see the age difference between her and 46-year-old Tom as a problem, because she enjoys the ageing process.
She said: "I find that as I get older I am excited to get older. There are more things for me to learn. I realise that I don't know as much as I thought I did.
"I like looking back and seeing pictures of the past because that is 'who' I created for me. That is what I was doing. I appreciate it more and more. Every day I try to find out more things about myself. I love changing." |
