Mark Ruffalo's brother Scott has died.
The 39-year-old hairdresser - who was shot in the head on December 1 - passed away at a Los Angeles hospital on Monday night (08.12.08), according to gossip website tmz.com.
He leaves a wife and stepdaughter, as well as Mark - who was said to be "very supportive" of his sibling.
Yesterday, a suspect in the murder case, Shaha Mishaal Adham, turned herself in to police in Beverly Hills, California. A warrant for Adham's arrest was issued earlier on Monday, and she is currently being held without bail.
Issuing the arrest warrant, Beverly Hills police Lieutenant Tony Lee said: "Detectives developed more leads in the case, and Shaha Adham has been converted from a person of interest to a suspect."
Adham, 26, arrived at the police station with Brian Burton Scofield, 29, who has also been named a 'person of interest' by police in the shooting. Scofield was booked on a traffic warrant for past violations unconnected with the investigation.
A court date for Adham has reportedly been tentatively set for Wednesday (10.12.08). |
