Singer Bono Works on Film

Bono, lead singer from the group U2, is working on a movie about an Irish musician in the United States.

The dramatic comedy, entitled A Version of Las Vegas, will follow the story of a son who was abandoned by his father when he left for Las Vegas.

According to Variety, Barry Devlin, who has already made several documentaries for U2, will direct the project.

Bono also wrote the screenplay for the film Million Dollar Hotel in 2001.
