The 'So What' singer loves the rush she gets from taking part in dangerous activities and is always looking for new ways to get her adrenaline flowing.
She is quoted as saying: "I do trapeze, flipping motorcycles, bungee jumping, skydiving. All kinds of stuff just to get me pumped. I love it."
The 29-year-old star - who became involved with drugs at a young age but cleaned up her lifestyle when she decided to pursue a music career aged 16 - has previously admitted she loves working out, claiming regular trips to the gym help her keep focused.
She explained: "I'm the same as anybody else. I have days when I don't think I look so great, especially when I have all eyes on me.
"There are more important things in life and I've learnt to be happy with my shape. For me working out is the best anti-depressant in the world." |
