'Leatherheads' star Renee Zellweger, 40, is on the hunt for a creative, passionate and intelligent boyfriend.
Renee Zellweger wants a boyfriend who is like a dictionary.
The 'Leatherheads' actress - whose four-month marriage to singer Kenny Chesney was annulled in 2005 - has specific romantic requirements which potential love interests must meet.
She said: "I'm looking for an encyclopedia and a dictionary. A bit of the Boy Scouts Handbook. A person who is conscientious about the trail he leaves behind him.
"I'm attracted to intelligence and creativity and passion - and not necessarily the romantic kind. I want to learn from someone who is greedy for information and light and laughter and the whole world."
The 40-year-old star is adamant her prospective partner must share the same traits as her closest pals.
When asked what else she wants in a man, Renee added to America's Glamour magazine: "Love. Unconditional kindness."
Although Renee has fond memories of many of her ex-boyfriends - which have included George Clooney, Jim Carrey and White Stripes singer Jack White - she insists it will take someone very special to make her quit the single life for good.
She said: "If I'm going to give it up, it better be good - because I'm having fun! When you think about it, when you're single, you're not deprived in any way - if anything, it's a pretty self-indulgent lifestyle. It's selfish. You can make your own decisions and indulge on an impulse." |
