Mel Gibson allegedly lashed out at a man who tried to take a photograph of the actor and his pregnant girlfriend in a Los Angeles nightclub on Wednesday (29.07.09).

The 'Lethal Weapon' actor was at Los Angeles' Playhouse with his pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva last night (29.07.09) when he allegedly lashed out at a guy, believed to be a paparazzi photographer, who wanted to take a picture.
According to reports, Mel and his lover looked "happy and in love" at the beginning of the evening.
However, when a woman - believed to be a reporter from US magazine Life and Style, who was posing as a fan - took a picture of Mel and Oksana, Mel's security team apprehended the camera and deleted the shots.
It is then claimed the woman asked a male friend to try to get a photo, provoking Mel to allegedly attack him.
A source told gossip website Hollyscoop: "Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt."
The man involved has apparently filed a battery report against Mel at the Los Angeles Police Department's (LAPD) Hollywood division.
He is not believed to have been injured in the incident. |
