Irish hearthrob Colin Farrell, has filed a lawsuit against a woman who is trying to sell a videotape of the two having sex. According to the suit, the actor, 29, was aware that the tape existed, but said they had a mutual agreement that it would remain private. Farrell (S.W.A.T., Alexander) is accusing Nicole Narain of trying to distribute the video for profit. According to papers filed last week, Narain is working with internet porn sites and the media to negotiate a sale. Farrell, who is concerned that the tape could damage his career and reputation, is asking for compensatory damages and for the tape to be prohibited from sale. |
