Russell Crowe Teaming with Ridley Scott

Australian actor Russell Crowe may be joining the cast of A Good Year under the direction of Ridley Scott.

According to Variety, Crowe is currently being considered for the role of a banker who inherits a vineyard in Provence.  When he leaves his job and travels to his new property, he finds an American woman who claims that she is the owner of the property.

Filming for A Good Year is scheduled to begin soon in France.
