Gwen Stefani to Star in Factory Girl

Gwen Stefani has joined the cast of the film Factory Girl.

The lead singer of the group No Doubt made her cinematic debut in The Aviator last year.

Factory Girl is the story of Edie Sedgewick (Sienna Miller), who leaves Harvard to make a life in New York's fast lane, and soon becomes Andy Warhol's Muse, after. Stefani plays her roommate, and her singer husband, Gavin Rossdale, will also have a small part in the production.
