A photographer waiting to take pictures of singer Britney Spears was taken to a hospital after being shot with a BB gun at Spears' baby shower. Brad Diaz was outside a Malibu residence where the party was being held for Spears when he was shot, and told police that he had been fired at by one of the star's security guards. A police representative stated, "We have no idea where it came from. It could have been somebody driving by [or] walking by." Diaz was in a group of about a dozen photographers standing 200 meters from the residence. |
