Pamela Anderson is being sued by the United Licensing Group Inc., who are producing perfume and other merchandise using her name. According to the lawsuit, the star has not been available for promotional responsibilities to which she is contractually obligated. United Licensing Group Inc. says that they have attempted to have Anderson attend autograph sessions, photo sessions and other promotional events, and she has not been available, forcing them to sue her for breach of contract in the American Superior Court. Pamela Anderson is currently a spokesperson for the Viva Glam V line from M.A.C. Cosmetics, as well as star of her own sitcom, Stacked, on the American Fox network. |
