Jude Law and Sienna Miller were seen together again for a date at the Savoy earlier this week.
Law, 32, picked the actress up from London's Wyndham's Theatre, where she is appearing in As You Like It, and the couple were then seen walking hand in hand to a waiting car which took them to the Savoy, on the Strand. The pair - whose image as a golden couple was destroyed just weeks ago by revelations of Law's affair with his children's nanny - looked happy, according to onlookers.
Insiders confirmed that Law turned up at the theatre to collect Miller, 23, after the show. "The two of them came out looking very relaxed and happy, hand in hand," said one onlooker. "When they left she looked really coy but pleased and he basically looked very happy with himself - like he'd finally won her back. Jude whisked her off to the Savoy."
The rapprochement comes only days after Miller, 23, took a swipe at her straying fiancé in an interview, hitting out at unfaithful men, saying: "I don't think it's normal, I don't think it's admirable, I think it's despicable." She herself was the subject of claims this week that she had been partying with Daniel Craig, her co-star in the movie Layer Cake, without Law. Craig, 37, had come to watch Miller as Rosalind, on Tuesday, before dropping her off at the Maida Vale home she shares with Law early the next morning after they partied together into the early hours, reports claimed.
Since the news of Law's fling with nanny Daisy Wright, 26, first broke, Miller has kept him hanging on for a decision, being photographed without her engagement ring, and even cuddling up to film star Orlando Bloom at a London party. Judging by last night's rendezvous, it appears the saga may be over: "it certainly looks very much back on," said a source. "I'd say Jude has definitely learned his lesson." |
