Troubled supermodel Kate Moss has finally made a statement, eight days after photos appeared in a British tabloid of her snorting cocaine.
The model indicated that she takes full responsibility for her actions and will be getting help, in a desperate bid to save her career and keep her daughter. Ex-partner Jefferson Hack has indicated that he will apply for custody himself if she does not seek help to get clean. In her statement, she said: "I take full responsibility for my actions. I also accept that there are various personal issues that I need to address and have started taking the difficult, yet necessary, steps to resolve them."
After spending the day begging Rimmel and Dior chiefs to keep her on, the model, who has lost contracts with H&M, Chanel, Burberry and H Stern over the past few days, thanked family and friends for their love and support yesterday, apologising for putting them through such distress. |
