Kate Moss' celebrity friends have been lending their support to the troubled star this week, after photos of the model doing cocaine with boyfriend Pete Doherty surfaced in the press earlier this month.
The star's ex-partner and father of two year-old Lila Grace, Jefferson Hack has finally spoken out about what a 'caring and loving mother' she is to their daughter, while fellow model Naomi Campbell has also been talking to the press in the wake of the scandal, calling the interest in Moss a 'vendetta' and offering words of sympathy.
Close friend Sadie Frost, who was also involved in the scandal, is sure she will 'bounce back' from both her personal and professional problems because she has done so much for British fashion, while across the Channel, French film star Catherine Deneuve has also lent her support, saying that her 'private life should be allowed to stay private' and that she was a 'great model'.
Things appear to be looking up for the model, who has been lying low in New York since the story broke, and is thought to be preparing to go into rehab. Online gambling firm Nine.com have offered her $5 million to promote them, on the condition that she cleans up her act and is monitored in a 'corporate retreat' at the firm's headquarters in Costa Rica. So far, the Moss camp have made no comment on the deal. |
