At 74, Scottish actor Sean Connery has decided to take his retirement.
The former James Bond made the confession to the New Zealand Herald while talking about his views on the movie-making world, saying that he feels there is an "ever-widening gap between people who know how to make movies, and those who green light them. I don't say they're all idiots - I'M just saying there is a lot of them", he added.
Jokingly, he stated that it would take a lot to get him to work again, "It would almost need a Mafia-like offer I couldn't refuse to do another movie." The legendary actor's last film was The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen in 2003. |
