On tap for production in the spring is a new film from Todd Haynes. I'M Not There features an unconventional (and sanctioned) look at the life of Bob Dylan with actors Cate Blanchett, Colin Farrell, Christian Bale, Richard Gere, Julianne Moore and Charlotte Gainsbourg. The stellar cast is said to be both appropriate to the material, and a relief to backers, concerned about the original approach to the story. Killer Films has clarified that the actors will be playing characters based on different aspects of Dylan, while Julianne Moore and Charlotte Gainsbourg play independent characters. |
