22 year-old Italian model Maria-Carla Boscono has been chosen to replace Kate Moss in her ill-fated campaign for H&M, promoting Stella McCartney's first range for a high-street shop.
Moss was dropped by the Swedish clothing giant last month, following the publication of pictures showing her apparently taking cocaine, in the Sunday Mirror. She had already shot a campaign modelling pal Stella McCartney's line, but the images will not be used. Instead, Boscano has been hand-picked as her replacement.
Boscono is the first model to pick up one of Moss's high-profile deals, after the supermodel was dropped from several lucrative contracts, including Burberry and Chanel in September. She is now in a rehabilitation centre in Arizona. |
