Kevin Costner Wants His Money

Kevin Costner is suing a production company for $8 million.

In a file presented to a Los Angeles court, the actor has charged Ascendant Pictures with breaking a contract to film a romantic comedy called Taming Ben Taylor.

The 50 year-old star is demanding his full salary ($8 million), since he kept his schedule open and was ready to begin shooting the film.  Ascendant Pictures has made no comment on the matter, and there are still no plans to make the film.
