The star of television's Desperate Housewives, Teri Hatcher, has won a court case against a British newspaper. Hatcher won her defamation case against the tabloid Daily Sport, after paper published an article last July entitled Teri's Passion Wagon. In the story, the paper claimed that Hatcher had had sexual relations with multiple partners in a VW bus, but the actress was able to prove the story to be completely false. The amount of damages to be paid to Hatcher was not revealed, but it is said to be a substantial sum. |
