According to papers filed in a Los Angeles court by the star, the tabloid has fabricated a story that Spears and her husband, Kevin Federline, had made a pornographic video. The magazine said of the suit, "Us Weekly has a credible source, and we stand by our reporting." According to the legal action, the October edition of Us Weekly magazine reported that the couple had told their lawyers that "a member of their entourage had threatened to release raunchy footage of the two." |
