Courtney Love, the widow of Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain, has lost one of her homes due to non-payment of money owed. Love lost her home in the U.S. state of Washington because she was behind in her payments to the tune of $368,000. The residence will be sold at auction on January 6th. The singer purchased the home in 1997, three years after her husband's suicide, and Cobain's sister had been living in the house until recently. Yesterday, the New York Post revealed that Love is interested in selling the rights to Nirvana's songs. She hopes to collect $100 million for the music catalogue. |
