The ex-Simple Life star, is is said to have recently rekindled her friendship with Paris Hilton, was snapped in a yellow bikini looking more slender than usual, leading to a public outcry over the state of her health.

Her representatives have made no comment, but the media on both sides of the Altantic are reporting public concern over the snaps.
