OK so before you get started you need to know what equipment you need to prep' your circuit.

You will need:

  • A Mat
  • Dumbbells
  • Skipping rope
  • Hula hoop
All of these can be easily purchased online of in store at places like Argos, Sports Direct and Fitness Superstore. Or you can find them at your local gym.

So now it's time to start the circuit!

Anna has recommended the following three exercises to put you through your paces. The idea is to do each exercise for five minutes, then repeat!
