Sometimes pollen can get trapped in your bedding and cause you to have particular problems when you sleep.

To make sure this is handled John says that you should cover your bed with something to act as a protective barrier.

“Put a sheet over your bed in the daytime then remove the sheet very gently and fold it up before you get in to bed at night. This will prevent pollen from touching your bedding,” he says.
