We are obsessed with a curvaceous bod. Gone are the days of boyish body shapes. Embracing those boobs, hips and most importantly that booty is where it’s at.
However the one thing that brings all those assets together is having a kick-ass waist. Sometimes wanting to know how to get a smaller waist healthily can overtake all rational thought.
For most people a figure like Kim Kardashian, Nikki Minaj or Salma Hayek is a thought resigned to fitness fantasies but even these stars admit that despite the fact they won the genetic lottery they have to work hard to maintain those killer curves.
So we spoke to Fitness expert & Good Vibes Founder, Nahid de Belgeonne to find out her top yoga and Pilates-inspired exercises for how to get a smaller waist.
