Today, ladies and gentlemen, is National Stress Awareness Day. Yes, we as a nation are so stressed that we've had to dedicate a whole day to understanding why we get stressed, what Stress actually is and how the heck we can deal with it.

That's where we come in - the dealing with it part. We wanted to find out what the best relaxation exercises are, so we spoke to Anna Reich, the Fitness Expert for the The Simple Advisory Board.

She gave us some quick and easy relaxation exercises that you can try at home, on your way to work or even at your desk.

If you're feeling a little stressed, we thoroughly recommend trying out these out. They cover everything from breathing to yoga, with a little bit of shaking in between (it's not as weird as it sounds, trust us).
