The 'Two And A Half Men' actor is desperate for his six-month-old twins Bob and Max, his children with wife Brooke Mueller, to like the sport so he has decided to change properties so he can create a pitch in the garden. A source said: "He's got realtors searching the Malibu mountains for a property big enough to build his own baseball field. He's already put his Mulholland Estate mansion up for sale, and told pals he intends to build spacious viewing stands and a snack shack." Charlie has apparently taken inspiration from US TV star Jerry Seinfeld, who has a baseball field adjoining his house in New York's Hamptons. Charlie is not the only celebrity keen to get his family interested in sports from a young age. Lionel Richie recently revealed he has already bought daughter Nicole's newborn son Sparrow an American football helmet. He said: "I've already bought the baby a football helmet. They told me it wasn't time yet. "Sparrow may not be a football playing name, but he'll get bruised somewhere in the game." |
