The Smashing Pumpkins Announce Concert

The Smashing Pumpkins have announced that their first concert of 2007 will take place in Germany.

The band from Chicago will play at The Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park festivals in June.

Tickets for the shows, which also feature Linkin Park, Korn, Slayer, Dave Matthews Band, Artic Monkeys and My Chemical Romance, are already on sale.

The Smashing Pumpkins, started by singer/guitarist Billy Corgan, and drummer Chamberlin, will be releasing a new album this spring or fall.
