The 'Time Traveler's Wife' star denies she was "rebellious" when she was younger, but admits she didn't like being told what to do.
The 30-year-old actress said: "I wasn't terribly rebellious in the traditional sense but I guess I was very headstrong. I don't like to be told what to do.
"I wasn't going out and breaking the law, I just wanted to be my own boss. But I have changed - a little bit."
Fortunately, Rachel's mother wasn't fazed by her attitude, and continued to "nurture" her no matter how difficult she was.
Rachel hopes she can be as patient as her mother when she decides to start a family.
The brunette beauty said: "My mom is a great inspiration to me. She is a nurse and very nurturing and gentle. She lets me be who I am.
"Hopefully I can take on those qualities and be as great as her when I have children. Having a few children would be great, I'm looking forward to it someday." |
