The Cure delay North American tour

Rock legends The Cure have announced they are to pushing back the dates of their North American tour. 

The group intended to tour in September 2008, but eager fans will have to wait even longer for their chance to see them.

Ticket holders can retain purchased tickets and use them on new dates which will be announced in the near future.

The group said that their tour schedule did not give them enough time to record their new double album.
