Hilary Duff, alias Lizzie McGuire has made a good start to her career. Born in Houston, Texas, she began appearing in television commercials at the age of six, before the lead in 'Lizzie McGuire' brought her worldwide fame. A film of the same name followed in 2002, with Duff showcasing her singing voice on the sandtrack, with the song 'I Can't Wait'. Her first album, 'Metamorphosis' came out a year later, with the single 'So Yesterday' rushing off the shelves.
