Then: Constantly on our TV screens in the 80s in comedies such as Jeeves & Wooster and Blackadder, we were so busy laughing, we never saw Hugh's potential sex appeal.
Now: Fast forward to the mid-Noughties and the role of Dr Gregory House has seen Hugh emerge as a nice bit of crumpet. Once described by America's Entertainment Weekly as “the thinking woman’s sex symbol”, we really didn't see that one coming!
